  1. Can I use Rosemary and Tea Tree essential oils with unrefined organic expeller pressed coconut oil for my Lichen Sclerosus? OR Can I only use 1 essential oil at a time?

      I’d say that start with one essential oil first and if you don’t see any improvements after a couple of weeks then try combining them.

    • It totally depends on your skin type. If you think you have sensitive skin you can mix it in a 1:1 with any carrier oil of your choice, otherwise, you can also apply it directly. In any case, I’d recommend doing a small patch test.
